Snedden broke our trust over trail plan

I remember well a few years back when the big discussion in Sandpoint was buying the land for the Pend d’Oreille Bay Trail. Those of us against it thought Sandpoint was not in good enough financial shape to indulge in nice-to-have things at a time like that.
