Prison ordered in shooting, robbery case

SANDPOINT — A 19-year-old from Sandpoint was ordered Friday to spend up to 15 years in prison for his role in a home-invasion robbery in which an Elmira man was shot in the face.

Joseph Eugene Cleveland will have to serve at least five years behind bars before he can considered for parole, according to the terms of the sentence imposed by 1st District Judge Barbara Buchanan.
