Frank "C." Schwab for Precintct Committeeman

I just received Frank's postcard promoting him as a Precinct Committeeman for the Washington School Precinct.  His opponent is Marcella Nelson.  Mr. Schwab contends in his postcard that he will be responsible and available.  He says that he has a blog and a Facebook page where constituents can contact him.  He is also available by phone and email.  I looked, I tried, there is no blog.  There is no Facebook page.  The phone number is not on the postcard and the email address is not.
