School district has no answers

I have tried repeatedly to get answers from the West Bonner County School District. They do not have them.

They have two lawnmowers, yet they want to replace one due to lack of maintenance. They have not done a cost comparison for having it overhauled and repaired. But, they want you to spend about $30,000 to buy them a third machine.
