County issues more than 3,000 absentee ballots

SANDPOINT — Bonner County has issued 3,172 absentee ballots, according to the county elections office.

So far 2,274 of those ballots have been returned, said Bonner County Clerk Ann Dutson-Sater. Dutson-Sater, a Democrat, faces Michael Rosedale, a Republican, in Tuesday’s general election.
