SANDPOINT — For the past few years, Sandpoint outside hitter Taylor Martin has been throwing down thunderous spikes for the Bulldog volleyball team, and now she’ll take her talent to the next level.

Martin, a 6-0 outside hitter who was recently named the 4A Inland Empire League Most Valuable Player, signed a letter of intent to play volleyball next season at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.

She received three full years of paid tuition in the scholarship offer, and is excited to continue playing the sport she has excelled at since she began playing the third grade.
