We owe support to newly-elected officials

A multi-million dollar courthouse renovation, a former county clerk’s transfer of funds, a recall petition error and an “improperly awarded contract” for a much desired broadband network are a few of the warning signals for Idaho. Next we might be reading about voter intimidation and mail fraud. Any more such foul-ups and Idaho could be — if not already — swarming with federal agents.
