We all deserve chance to be happy, healthy

The letter “Voters made thoughts clear at polls in 2006” is a startling reminder of how much remains to be done before everyone is treated equally and fairly in our community.

Despite important progress, opponents of equality continue to dehumanize and attack those that are simply looking to be treated with dignity and respect.
