Scott's stand on lake deserves a 'no' vote

Heather Scott told the audience during a candidate forum that if anyone wanted to avoid the check stations for boats going into Lake Pend Oreille they could launch before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m., the time when the check stations were not operating.
