CLARK FORK — The Wampus Cats started strong, but eventually the size and depth of Wallace proved too much, as the Miners powered their way to a 72-48 win over Clark Fork in a nonleague football game Friday night in Clark Fork.

Mitchell Millard carried 11 times for 304 yards, to go with eight touchdowns, as the Miners (4-2), who play as a 1A Division 1 independent, simply wore the Cats down.
