Idaho residents need affordable coverage

Idaho’s working families want to take responsibility for their health, but they need affordable options. The new health care law provides tax subsidies for middle income residents, but 70,000 lower income working Idahoans have been left out because the Idaho legislature has refused to accept increased Medicaid coverage for our neighbors in need. As we consider candidates running for office this November, we should clearly understand their position for Medicaid redesign.
