Deary powers past Wampus Cats in WSL action

CLARK FORK — Featuring superior size and plenty of speed, Deary scored on its first five possession to beat Clark Fork 54-12 on Friday night in White Star League football at in Clark Fork.

The Wampus Cats (3-4, 3-2 WSL) had trouble slowing down Deary (4-2, 4-0 WSL), which moved the ball at will in the first half, building a 40-0 lead.

Brandan Bowen returned the opening kickoff of the second half for an 80 yard touchdown, then added another 79 yard kick return for a score, as the Cats amped up the defense and played Deary even in the second half.
