Sadly, bullying isn't confined to schools

Bullying is not just confined to the school yards. County Commissioner Mike Nielsen tried two years ago to bully then-county Clerk Marie Scott and county Treasurer Cheryl Piehl, and he is doing his best to bully current clerk Ann Dutson-Sater.
