Dutson-Sater isn't the best candidate for the job

Ann Dutson-Sater was quoted in the Bee: “I am a firm believer in protecting taxpayer money by not wasting taxpayer money.”

One of the largest budget items in any department is the cost of labor. When an employee has to devote work hours to remedying a problem they created they are wasting taxpayer money.
