If a candidate lies, you can't trust them later

When candidates lie during their campaign, they cannot be trusted to be honest after the election. The current attack ads by Laura Bry and Andrew Sorg against Heather Scott, in which they claim to be champions of the rights of hunters and fishermen when their stated agendas are environmental and socialistic.
