Selective enforcement is a Gestapo tactic

I am extremely upset with the Bonner County Lands and Water Department.

Approximately a week ago, a person with no identifying uniform or credentials came to my dock on the Pend Oreille River in an unmarked boat, and claimed to be a representative of the Idaho Department of Lands and Water. He trespassed on my property without my permission, and told me that I had to remove a Coast Guard approved buoy in front of my dock. He threatened me, that if I did not, he would come back and cut it loose. He did not have a court order, or any other documentation.
