New jail kiosk makes visiting impossible

In the Aug. 3, 2014, Daily Bee, Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler is asking to be able to give deputies raises. He apparently has been trying to lessen their workload also by installing a kiosk, which is supposed to do the work of a deputy.
