CLARK FORK — The Wampus Cats will be looking to show that last weekend’s 52-8 rout of Lewis County was no fluke, hosting league foe Kootenai in a home opener tonight.
Brandan Bowen staked an early claim to being the league’s best player, accounting for eight touchdowns in the opener. Wyatt Stevens carried 15 times for 48 yards, as the Wampus Cats (1-0) lined up five linemen and played smash mouth football.
