Annexation of Property to the

Sam Owen Fire District

On petition from the City Counsel of the City of Hope, the Sam Owen Fire District will hold a Special Meeting for the purposes of considering the petition for annexation of the City of Hope into the Sam Owen Fire District. The real property to be annexed consists of that area within the city limits of the City of Hope, Idaho.

 A complete legal description of the property intended to be annexed can be obtained from Chief Bob Wathen at the Sam Owen Fire District Station located at the below address.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Commissioners for the Sam Owen Fire District will hold a Special Meeting at which time a public hearing will be held to consider the petition for the annexation of the City of Hope, Idaho into the Sam Owen Fire District. The hearing will be held at the Sam Owen Fire District station located at 17 Old Sam Owen Dr. Hope, Idaho 83836 on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
