School district has lost a great teacher

I am writing in regards to your articles concerning Rodney Swerin. He was my teacher at Sandpoint Middle School last year for science.

Due to the recent controversy, I’d like to make my experiences known. Mr. Swerin is not your “typical” teacher. Science is neither my best or favorite subject, but Mr. Swerin made it both enjoyable and as simple as possible.
