Thunder soccer and volleyball teams victorious

KOOTENAI — Jimmy Soderberg and Alex O’Shea each found the back of the net twice, leading the Kootenai Thunder boys soccer team to a 5-4 win over Classical Christian recently in a season opener.

Bryce Barba scored the final goal, and Jason Roop had 12 saves in the goal for the Thunder, who play in the Mountain Christian League.
