You and I own land in all 50 states. We enjoy a myriad of benefits of these: timber, minerals, oil, gas, roads, rivers, and relatively inexpensive places for family fun.

As we in Idaho consider attempting to get federal lands transferred to state ownership, we should weigh the logical outcome: All other states could do the same.
