Will your bank send new card overnight?

On Friday, Sept. 5, I was alerted that my credit card was compromised.

A phone call to my bank, a major active and retired military user bank, which said “we will send you a new one, regular mail within seven “working” days.” I called again on Monday, Sept. 8, and was told it would go out that day. An extra two days gone.
