SANDPOINT — The Angels Over Sandpoint, with the generous support of Ivano’s Ristorante, held the Italian Open at StoneRidge Golf Course on recently. The perfect weather, Angel volunteers with “mafia games,” and the delicious Ivano’s dinner on the 19th green were enjoyed by all golfers.
The Italian Open has been a golfing tradition benefitting many Bonner County students in the form of college and trade school scholarships. Last year seven area students received some form of this help in the name of the Lippi Family Scholarship.
