Common sense prevails on license

Common sense has prevailed on a no-brainer. Know a fella who was born and raised in Bonner County. He joined the Navy and served in Vietnam. Lived in Idaho for most of his adult life and left the state to find work until he retired at 65. Moved back knowing he would have to reestablish residency for six months to vote, etc.
