LPOIC unveils new division

SANDPOINT — The Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club is debuting a new youth division in its annual spring derby, which starts on Saturday.

The new junior division is for anglers between the ages of 14 and 17. Entry into this division costs $20 and competitors will be subject to the same derby regulations that apply to adult anglers.

Cash prizes will be paid for the verified three largest by weight rainbow trout and Mackinaw caught during the derby.
