BCHA seeks homebuyers

| April 25, 2015 7:00 AM

SANDPOINT — Bonner Community Housing Agency has been busy over the past five years.

In that time, BCHA, which develops affordable housing for low-income households, has sold three homes and built two homes that have served local families needs for home ownership in the community, said Chris Bassett, executive director.

BCHA is purchasing two homes in Bonner County for rehabilitation and is selling a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is being built in Sandpoint for local residents that earn less than 80 percent of the area median income.
