Why doesn't ACLU stand up for unborn?

| August 6, 2015 7:00 AM

On Monday, August 3, United States District Judge Lynn Winmill struck down Idaho’s Ag-Gag bill. In his ruling, the judge stated that “The effect of the statute will be to suppress speech by investigators and whistle blowers concerning topics of great public importance”. The judge noted in his ruling that undercover journalism contributes to public discourse in matters including family planning. One of the plaintiffs in the suit was Idaho’s branch of the ACLU.

I don’t remember reading anywhere that the ACLU is standing up for the undercover journalists exposing Planned Parenthood to be nothing more than a bunch of modern day Joseph Mengele wannabes.
