Signage, enforcement uneven at City Beach

Dear city of Sandpoint,

Enclosed you will find full payment for the citation issued me on Saturday, Aug. 8.

Apparently it is OK for a vehicle with boat trailer to occupy two spaces in the vehicles’ parking area. It was next to my vehicle but I did not see an orange envelope on that windshield.

I’m sure that the eagle-eyed public servant who ticketed my vehicle also ticketed the vehicle that was in front of me. But I didn’t see any orange envelope on that windshield either. I trust that a citation was also issued to the vehicle that filled my space after I backed out (license XXXXX)
