Oil trains not the danger that some may believe

A solid thank you is due the Waterkeepers for its reporting of various potential deficiencies with two railroad bridges near City Beach. Though there may be some doubt about the structural engineering background of the Waterkeepers, the railroad companies might be appreciative of the effort of local citizens to help with the bridge inspection process. Even though there has not been a bridge collapse since, oh, who knows how long, nobody want one to occur. There are, though, concerns about the Waterkeepers’ efforts.
