Late-fall work offers little gain, lots of pain

On Monday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m., I set out for FedEx drop box in front of Daily Bee and UPS Store. Rounding Pine and Fourth, Third had to go to Second, approximately six city blocks because if no access due to what? I inquired with a couple workers, what are you guys doing in frozen ground? Sidewalks was the reply, I commented a new city administrator authorized sidewalk construction in December. (I later found out he doesn’t start until January). So I proceed to call every Sandpoint city office on their website, mayor, city planners, administration, a couple others, finally get the Public Works Department and spoke with Bruce.
