Clark Fork boys and girls hoops teams fall to Plains

CLARK FORK — The Clark Fork boys struggled offensively in the first quarter, digging a 24-5 deficit, and were unable to recover in a 67-37 loss to Plains of Montana in nonleague boys basketball Thursday night at Clark Fork High School.
In the Clark Fork girls games, Leslie Kiebert posted 10 points and four rebounds, helping the Wampus Cat girls keep the game close, before Plains ran away in the fourth quarter for a 58-25 win in nonleague girls basketball action.
