Food bank is there for community, council not

As regular readers of the Daily Bee will know, the Sandpoint City Council recently voted not to waive a disputed sewer bill for the Bonner Community Food Bank. Granted, generous donors have stepped in to help pay the bill, but as a practical matter, this means the food bank will have fewer resources to help those in need in Sandpoint.
