Pet owners must take responsibility for dogs

I love dogs and have had one as my friend and companion for most of my adult life. I do take the responsibility very seriously. Besides being a dog lover I’m an avid bicyclist, too.

On Dec. 15, I was riding my bike down Denton Road in Hope when up ahead I saw two dogs barking and running full speed out of a driveway that I was approaching.
