Thunder girls fall short to open season

KOOTENAI — The Kootenai Thunder girls varsity basketball team recently tipped off the Mountain Christian League season with a pair of losses.

The Thunder, coached this season by Tracy Jensen with the help of assistants Nikki Jensen and Rebecca Trostrud, lost 50-24 to Christian Center at the Hub at Liberty Lake.
