PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Pursuant to I.C. 50-222, 67-6511 and 67-6509, the East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 5 30 p.m. to consider an annexation petition and zone change application. At the public hearing the City Council will consider testimony regarding annexing \u00B11.4 acres of land into the city and to re-describe a \u00B15-acre parcel described within Ordinance 87. The purpose of the annexation is to include the City's water treatment facility within the boundary of the City and to correct the existing city boundary near the water facility.
