Why should we allow Syrian refugees here?

These refugees are not some kind of ISIS Trojan horse but rather they are victims who have been forced to leave their homeland because of ISIS. The great majority of these people were so desperate to escape these maniacs they were willing to paddle into the sea in a raft with no motor or navigational equipment and take their chances knowing they could die by thirst, drowning or whatever.
We do not want these people be like the MS St. Louis in 1939. The “Voyage of the Damned” where 25 percent wound up dying; not one of our proudest moments.
