Congress' cooperation is a welcome change

Great jumping Jehoshaphat!

Are you aware of what just happened in Congress? I am talking about the U.S. Congress, that bastion of do-nothing nincompoops who spend nearly all of their time trying to tear something down instead of building it up. What happened was that Republicans talked with Democrats and Democrats responded civilly.
