Chairman Steve Youngdahl ‘s cavalier leadership, violations of law, and lack of transparency continue to plague Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84’s regarding a public open meeting held on Nov. 10, 2015, memorialized in board minutes. Chairman Youngdahl tallied each trustee roll call vote, excepting himself from all Idaho School Board Association resolutions.
