Conditional Use Permit ? Sawmill & Woodworking Plant Improvements ? Ernie & Nancy Brandt are requesting conditional use permit approval for expansion of an existing sawmill and woodworking plant (Alpine Cedar) to allow for the addition of seven new buildings to accommodate woodworking operations, office, shipping space, and storage. The subject property is zoned Agricultural/Forestry 20, and is located on East Shingle Mill Road in Section 33, Township 58 North, Range 1 West, B.M.
