What is driving Barry McHugh?

As a supporter of Ann Dutson-Sater, the former Bonner County clerk charged with the felony of suborning perjury, I have been trying to figure him out.

He refuses to dismiss the case, even though it rests on less-than-solid legal grounds. He refuses to dismiss the case, even though Idaho’s former chief election officer, Ben Ysursa, provided an affidavit for her defense.
