Commercial venture bad fit for neighborhood

In response to the letter, “Children’s laughter is a welcome addition”:

My wife and I have 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, but that doesn’t mean we want to live next to a school or daycare center. Most of us moved to this neighborhood to get away from the rat race, stress, noise, overcrowding, heavy traffic and strangers who come and go with very little regard as to what they bring in or leave behind.
