Peaceful neighborhood shouldn't be a resort

I would like to present some facts regarding the Walker Camp.

What the Walkers are proposing is not a family camp, they are trying to open a commercial banquet facility. The application states that he wants to rent the facility out for corporate events, weddings and any gathering of people that can pay. He is going to have a full banquet hall and dining facility with guest lodging and full accommodations.
