A princess, a pea and a twist

SANDPOINT — They come from out of town in a red truck and gather up local children.
They aren’t the Pied Piper of Hamelin, however, at least not this year.
This year they’re leprechauns, and they’re bringing the Princess and the Pea.
“They” are a pair of professionals from the Missoula Children’s Theatre, who alternate between acting and directing as they travel from town to town each week in a red truck loaded down with everything they need to produce an entire musical production: sets, consumes, props, makeup, lights and a sound system — the works. Everything except actors.
That’s where the kids come in.
