Infrastructure costs are highway robbery

A few years ago the city of Sandpoint adopted a new rule requiring property owners that are selling their property to get a “slip test” on homes over 5 years old. This is a sewer lateral inspection done by sending a camera down the sewer pipe of the property all the way to the city sewer main line, which often times is deep down in the center of the city street or highway corridor.
