Once thought eradicated, measles making comeback

I’m not a happy Mouseketeer right now. Planning a trip to sunny California next month was to include a trip to Disneyland, and now I’m not so sure I want to go. And, that’s saying a lot. I haven’t been to the Magic Kingdom since I was a young teen, and thought a look through adult eyeballs would be magical.

But, oh no! They’ve had a measles outbreak. Twenty-six documented cases of measles have erupted in California Utah, Colorado and Washington and each has been connected to recent trips to Disneyland. This is a disease that in 2000 was declared all but eliminated.
