'Bags of Change' grant recipient named

Bonner Community Hospice’s Kids Grief Camp has been selected by Winter Ridge Natural Foods Market as its “Bags of Change” grant recipient.

Bags of Change is one of the programs by which Winter Ridge Natural Foods Market supports the community. Each quarter, Winter Ridge Natural Foods Market chooses a different organization’s local project or service as the recipient of the Bags of Change Grant.

The grant is funded when customers bring in and reuse a shopping bag, they can either receive a 10-cent refund or donate their refund to Bags of Change. CCS was the third quarter recipient of Bags of Change. To date, quarterly proceeds have ranged from $250 to $800.
