Couple being targeted in county road dispute

I just read another letter regarding a purported county road. It seems Ms. Scarbough has opinions about things she knows little. The Deens’ chicken coop and outbuildings are built on skids and completely legal.

Yes, wetlands can have animals (chickens) and plants (gardens). No, a driveway has run between the Walkers’ and Deens’ properties; a road was mentioned in a Kootenai County letter, but it has never been a legal road.
