Bailey's response was less than satisfactory

A friend recently shared an email with me from Commissioner Glen Bailey. My friend had emailed Mr. Bailey some questions and his response is appalling.

Mr. Bailey’s first sentence within his response stated “I haven’t got a lot of spare time to answer emails and questions.”
