Churches are next

In my last letter I listed ten government actions which could endanger the (U.S.) Constitution. This letter is about possibly the scariest action yet.
The U.S. Supreme Court has just nullified states laws prohibiting same-sex marriages. This was a violation of the Constitution’s Tenth Amendment. The big problem will be when a gay couple walks into a Christian church and asks to be married there. If the pastor refuses the request citing religious beliefs, I wonder how long before that church receives a comply or risk loosing their tax exempt status from the U.S. government?
